Louise Jennings is a veteran commercial real estate broker and principal of Real Estate Southeast, based in Prattville, AL. Ms. Jennings has been in the commercial real estate industry for almost three decades providing asset management, brokerage and redevelopment services. She is a licensed broker in Alabama, Georgia & Mississippi and co-brokers in other states. Ms. Jennings works directly with private investors, institutional owners, tenants, lenders, and municipalities bringing new business to communities and improving property values.
Real Estate Southeast is contracted to do commercial asset management which includes hands on property management, leasing and redevelopment. Real Estate Southeast is best known for their success with turnaround projects. With extensive knowledge & experience, Ms. Jennings also contracted to do market analysis and site selection for clients such as; DaVita, Dunkin Donuts, Honey Baked Ham. This valuable experience is shared with the dedicated team at Real Estate Southeast.
Real Estate Southeast was formed in 2000 by Jennings. She began with The Newton Company in 1987 and went on to co-found JP Properties in Atlanta in 1990.
Ms. Jennings is member of the Alabama Center for Real Estate Leadership Council (ACRE), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and IREM (Institution of Real Estate Management). Ms. Jennings is also active in her community, serving on the following boards; Central Alabama Community Foundation, Prattville Millbrook Sunrise Rotary Club, YMCA, Prattville Creative and Performing Arts Council, Autauga County Heritage Association (Past President). She is also a past director and supporter of Autauga County Family Support Center. Ms. Jennings is member of the First United Methodist Church and a great lover of animals.
